Pomeranz, Black go to Brewers for prospect

GIANTS GET: Infielder Mauricio Dubon

Maauricio Dubon appeared in just 2 games for the Brewers and struck out once. His AAA numbers for the San Antonio Missions say differently hitting .297 this year with 16 homers and 47 RBIs and 22 doubles and 1 triple.

He's originally from Sacramento and was drafted in the 26th round of the 2013 amateur draft by the Red Sox and was shipped to Milwaukee with Travis Shaw and Josh Pennington for Tyler Thornburg.

BREWERS GET: LHP Drew Pomeranz  RHP Ray Black

Drew Pomeranz had an up and down year for the Giants. He signed with the club in the Winter and went 2-9 in 17 starts with an ERA of 6.10 and totaled 84 strikeouts. He moved to the bullpen and appeared in 4 games, allowed just 1 hit with 8 strikeouts, 

Ray Black cracked the big league club a couple times and went 2-2 in his career as a Giant in 28 games. He had a 6.04 ERA with 38 strikeouts in 25.1 innings of work.
