Bishop's ASU teammate joins him in SF

San Francisco Giants' top draft pick in last year's draft may have had a say in who they wanted to take with their 114th selection. Bishop of course was chosen at 10th overall in the first round of last year's draft out of Arizona State. His teammate and former battery mate RJ Dabovich is joining Bishop in the Giants organization.

Dabovich was 7-1 in 25 games for the Sun Devils and started 9 of them with a 4.04 ERA striking out 64 batters in 64 2/3 innings pitched. The right-hander pitched in the Cape Cod League for the Chatham Anglers going 1-0 in 4 starts and appeared in 7 total games with a 3.32 ERA which included 29 strikeouts.
